perfect central spot for city strolls and park views
I loved how we were just a few steps away from the Scenic Tower Cancun, allowing for stunning views of the city, and the nearby Playa Langosta was a perfect place for relaxing walks along the shore, making our family trip so enjoyable.

The property offered plenty of lounge chairs by the beach, and our kids loved the little dinosaur pool area. We appreciated the friendly staff who quickly brought us drinks, making our day by the beach relaxing and enjoyable as we kept the kids entertained.
In my wife’s opinion, the dining options could use variety. We visited multiple times but found the same food served all day, which bored the kids. More diverse choices would enhance the family experience.

The staff displayed exceptional friendliness, providing assistance throughout the stay and ensuring a smooth experience. The beach area was impressive with clean sand and plenty of activities, including volleyball and kayaking. Dining options were diverse, with refreshing fresh sandwiches and a lovely coffee shop for afternoon treats. However, noise levels from adjacent nightlife were noticeable during the night, so light sleepers might prefer rooms without balconies. Additionally, limited WiFi access to two devices per room was inconvenient for our family.

We had a nice stay at Oasis in Cancun. My partner and I enjoyed the spacious room, and the staff was politely attentive. The variety in dining options at the restaurants impressed us, even if some meals were a bit underwhelming. Still, the vibe and amenities made it worthwhile!

We spent 5 nights in a Standard Room at Oasis in Cancun. The price was definitely a plus, but that’s where the good times ended. The room felt outdated, and the noise from the HVAC fans outside was relentless day and night. Staff seemed indifferent. daily cleaning was inconsistent, and they couldn't help with the noise. Food quality was disappointing. Pasta was overcooked, and the meat was tough. Cocktails tasted mostly like sugar water. One kid's pool was locked behind the kids' club, limiting access. Evening entertainment fell flat too. Unfortunately, it felt more exclusive to Oasis Grand Palm than a family-friendly resort.

Great Family Fun with Room for Improvement!
Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious beach and participating in name-your-own activities around the pool. However, make reservations early for the specialty dining experiences to avoid long waits. A trip to the snack bar on the beach adds a bonus for a relaxing afternoon!

Diving into the local eats was a game changer! I devoured fresh ceviche at Sirenas Raw Bar, and the tacos at Carnitas Michoacan were on point—totally authentic flavors! Can’t forget the sweet vibe of the beach bars. Also, the easy access to nearby shopping spots was a big perk!
The room was a letdown—kinda cramped, and the bathroom door was a drama queen, never closing! Still, the friendly service made the experience shine a bit brighter.

great stay but minor issues
The staff showed excellent hospitality during our 7-night stay. We enjoyed the serene garden view, which added to our relaxing environment. The cleanliness of the common areas was impressive, making the resort feel well-maintained.
The shower in our room had a persistent drip, which was concerning.
